Question: Can my Exercise Regiment help me lose weight?

Question 1:

If I do 20 push-ups and 50 sit-ups daily (every morning) can I lose weight even if I dont exercise for the rest of the day? Question 2:

What are some other exercises I can do to help with man boobs and wieght?

Note: that moobs (man boobs) is a serious problem I would like to fix.



Question 3:

What is a good diet (that dont taste like crap) also should I have 3 meals a day?
