I want to increase strength without increasing my weight. How do I do that exactly though? For example, when I do deadlifts am I supposed to only do 1-5 reps then stop for 30 minutes, then do 1-5 reps again then stop for another 30 minutes then I m done for the day (lift very heavy)?
