Question: No longer losing weight?

Male or female? For male........maybe 148, female, too much, drop 10. But before we go there, trying to loose too aggressively will up set your metabolism to where it won't loose more.......survival mode "Help we are starving, we have to conserve at all costs." So you eat more but eat differently. Mostly vegetables, a little meat, fruit and only whole wheat and very little of that. No skipping meals, don't want that survival mode to kick in. Didn't mention which two sports. The type of activity is important. Fat burning doesn't kick in until you are at least 20 minutes into continual exercise......jogging, swimming for example. Start and stop activity is far less effective. The long activity doesn't have to be crazy fast, just continual. Could your weight gain be muscle mass? That weighs more than fat on a volume comparison. There is slender, no muscle and slender with long lean muscle........and the muscle person will weigh more.
