Coach Thibaudeau, First, thank you for taking time out of your day to read my question. Ive been lifting/training consistently for about fourteen months. I recently looked back at a few of my before pictures and have noticed a developing exaggerated postural/muscular imbalance between my two arms. My left arm appears more externally rotated and my right, more internally. Im quite certain this imbalance is due to poor form, weak-side/strong-side compensation, etc… My question is: how can I best determine the root of the imbalance and how can I remedy it? My first thoughts are shoulder/chest compensation issues… however how can I be sure? Ive connected a photograph in your overview. Once more, thanks on your time and help. I savor your comments.
