I do not attempt to consume except I’m full. I do know that’s unhealthy. I are aware of it is more healthy to prevent consuming as soon as you might be glad. However…it takes plenty of meals, for anyone as small as me, to get me there. And I do not get it.
I’m a 30 12 months previous girl. I’m 5 toes tall, and weigh about 112 kilos. I devour as wholesome as imaginable. No quick meals, soda, or tremendous processed junk meals. I devour a mild breakfast of granola, yogurt, fruit, or unsweetened cereal. Each time I consume, I simply get hungry an hour later. As an example I will consume a complete burrito at Chipotle, and be hungry a 1/2 an hour later.
I’m simplest slightly lively. I dance for approximately an hour 2-three days per week. And, if the climate is sweet, I’m going for brisk stroll/jog.. I do not do weight lifting or anything else lively. I’m not in any sports activities. I’m decently in form, however now not tremendous athletic. I’m a wholesome weight.
So, being handiest slightly energetic, and not in my teenagers and rising, and being a wholesome weight. Why is it I’m able to consume a lot? I’m petite and so small!! It drives me loopy.
