Want my head to observe

Following Christmas, my Marriage ceremony, New Yr after which my Honeymoon I’m 1 1/2st heavier than I was once in November, I have never misplaced anything else due to the fact I received again from my honeymoon on the finish of January. I believe I’m consuming healthily (regardless of the little sweets my new hubby retains plying me with!)

Anyway I have not executed SW sooner than, however have learn up on it loads and am hoping if I make a begin my head will ‘get within the zone!’


Any recommendation could be welcome, please be gentle with me as a newbie I’m sure I’m going to need a far bit of guidance!


My food for today:-


Drinks throughout the day

Tea with skimmed milk


Breakfast

2 x weetabix

Skimmed milk


Lunch

1/2pk Tesco BBQ chicken chunks

Salad(tomato,cucumber,lettuce)


Fruit salad(melon/grapes)

Peach activia yog


Dinner

Chicken gougons with Cajun seasoning

Carrots,cauliflower,broccoli, green beans

Splash of gravy


1/2doz Brazil nuts


I am a creature of habit and eat a lot of the same foods, just because I like it, I do eat a lot of chicken!


I have just made some SW crust less quiches for lunch tomorrow tho!


Please level out my errors or counsel little tweaks, I’m determined only for a lack of any description!
