BIASED AGAINST HOMEOPATHY ?

I have my niece a homeopath doctor and I had been some white very small pills for constipation. They had worked very well with me. And since then, I have a great respect for homeopathic way of treating the illness. But today I came across an article which is rather biased against homeopathy, I believe.

I request you to read the article and put your views:

What to expect from using anabolic steroids

The good:

1. Muscles

This one is obvious. The reason people use gear is because they want to get bigger. And that is what anabolic androgenic steroids are very good at doing. Depending on experience, compounds used, diet and training, it's not uncommon to see gains upwards of 20 pounds in a 12 week cycle (of course, that is assuming you work your ass off).

2. Strength

While some compounds are better than others at increasing strength, you will generally see rapid increases in the weight you use on your bench, deadlift and squat.

3. You'll feel better

A lot of people talk about the mood swings and roid rage, but in my experience, I feel good on cycle. The supraphysiological levels of testosterone and other androgens make you feel alpha and just generally good. Overall, I feel like I have a lot more energy during the day.

4. Awesome workouts

Lifting while on cycle is great. It seems like you're always in beast mode and having great workouts.

The bad:

1. Testicular atrophy

The plain and simple truth is your balls will shrink (although it can be mitigated with the use of HCG). Luckily, this is temporary and they will grow back as you start a proper post cycle therapy. But remember this: smaller potatoes make the steak look bigger.

2. Puffy nipples

Most compounds will convert to estrogen in the body (a process called aromatization). This excess estrogen can cause your nipples to get puffy and possibly cause gyno if you don't control it. That's why the use of an aromatase inhibitor is very important.

3. Possible negative mood swings

Some people will experience mood swings. This is by no means experience by all users or even most users, but it is possible--usually in people who are already prone to anger issues. I personally don't buy into the roid rage talk.

Obviously this is by no means an exhaustive list, but it might help some people.

Do you include finishers in your workout?

I sometimes do some static weight holds or some other grip work but I'm usually too tired for it.

Do you do anything?

Does anyone on here take Magnesium supplements?

I've been told by a few practitioners that I should start taking magnesium due to some muscular issues. Does anyone else on here take them as well?

I've heard that being low in magnesium can cause you to crave chocolate - which I am normally guilty of!!

I usually eat oats or some kind of cereal to start off my day and that is meant to be high in magnesium. I think I could up my intake on nuts and seeds.

Does anyone else have any tips on increasing your magnesium intake?

Screaming online

Have you noticed that so many people post in all capitals? Not only here, it is there everywhere. How do you personally take this?

I hate screaming of any kind.. and I rarely read any stuff in all capitals. What is your take on this?
