Meditate to keep flu at bay








According to a study by the University of Wisconsin-Madison, people who meditated or did moderately intense exercise are likely to have fewer colds.

Off-hand, just depending on meditation to keep away the flu sounds too much like a shortcut to me. However as a supplementary activity to proper diet and proper exercise, it may be something worth considering.
