I was just starting out with the Gym after a month long relapse. I had my semesters up the curve so had to leave Gyming for the time being.
Anyways, the point is that I started again yesterday. While downing my Gym vest I noticed how skinny I had become over the month. The tight garment felt loose now.
Do you guys have any quick-heal measure for this? I really want to buff up the lost mass, fast. Is there a technique or do I have to start over again?
