Are there any Body Media Fit/ Body Bugg users out there? I got mine this spring and haven't taken it off since except to charge it, shower or swim. I absolutely love it. I think it's been the key to my weight loss. I started in January by working out a bit and calorie counting. But, it wasn't until I started using my BMF that I was consistently losing. I use it as competition against myself to move more. I really like that it shows my sleep patterns too.
