Fitness goals for 2013?

It's not long now until the end of the year, so we should all be thinking about our new years resolutions! What goals do you have for 2013?



Mine is to increase the amount of walking I do, as well as exercise in general. Specifically I'm looking for at least 15 miles per week, with 25 miles per week being the ideal. I think my diet is fine at the moment so I don't plan on making any changes there :)
