DEPRESSION is a world wide symptom and since last many years, it has not found any new drugs that can work surely and quickly.
The old drugs were targeting a chemical called SEROTIN which is only 5 percent in brain cells.
But a new drug KETAMINE is invented which targets GLUTAMATE which is 80 percent in brain cells.
The result were very impressive with quick recovery from depression and no side effects.
The drug is under trial though, and may need another 5 years for approval.
