Trying a New Routine: Sit and be Fit

Have you tried doing this form of exercise: sit and be fit? I was watching tv this morning and not paying much attention to the next show. The sit and be fit, favorably ensued. It involves exercising while sitting on a chair. The movements are not that easy judging only by watching but I did follow the routine.



I noticed that while the movement is slow and easy, your concentration in your action and breathing is better. I just observed that less intense exercise teaches us to focus; whereas, high-impact ones requires constant moving without much mental effort, just do it continuously.
