Anyone have a quick workout routine for when you're feeling cold and lacking motivation this cold winter? Not a full routine of anything. Just something that takes 5-10 minutes that will get the blood moving so you feel like getting up and doing something instead of being lazy. I have resistance bands, a mini trampoline, and some light weights.
