WRITE DOWN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND GET RID OF THEM .

Are we really worried about things which would never happen or there is a slim chance of them happening in real. Though, some may really be worth worrying and we need to make some planning.

A psychology professor of OHIO UNIVERSITY has suggested that you tag your negative thoughts, as rubbish or worth real worrying and then simply write them down.

The professor is claiming that this way the people may be able to discard the negative thoughts to some extent.
