Running an obstacle course race - training tips?

I'm running a Spartan Race in April in New York. They're similar to Tough Mudder and Warrior Dash races, for anyone who's wondering. It's a special one being held at Citi Field (the Mets ballpark), so it won't be muddy and in the wilds like the rest of their races. The race is about 3 miles and is expected to take 1-2 hours to complete. I know there will be a lot of stairs involved, carrying sandbags or some equivalent object, wall climbs, and probably a rope climb. I was wondering if there were any training tips you'd have for me.

One thing's for sure, I'll doing a lot of burpees and stairs. For every obstacle you fail to complete, you have to do 30 burpees.
