Do you prefer low carb or low fat?

I am hearing so many different opinions about what the best diet or lifestyle is. Some claim low carb is the only way to lose wieght. And others say low fat is the way to go.



I have to admit I have followed both diets. Yes, on low carb I lost quickly and I felt free from the cravings of sugary foods.

I also have lost weight following a low fat diet. I didn't mind it, it was okay.



For me, I have to say what works best for me is to just eat the right foods! And watch how many calories I eat each day. Eat healthy food, and excersise seems to work for me.
