2. Second on my list is exercise. Exercise speeds up the metabolism because your body increases its resource demands.



3. My third tip is more like two tips in one. Firstly you need to drink more water because drinking water is scientifically shown to reduce body fat. Also try to stay away from smoking and drinking. The good old beer-gut syndrome is no old wife’s tale, if you drink less booze you’ll look more sexy.



Likewise, smoking slows down the metabolism and decreases your appetite. Most people think that this will contribute to weight loss, wrong! Smoking will increase your body fat content and reduce your muscle mass, you’re not just getting fat, you’re getting weaker too.



4. Make love, because love is good and not just for pleasure, for your body too. Science has shown that “getting it on” is great for cardio, strength and muscle tone. This is your one way ticket to a sick six pack!



5. Don’t eat before going to bed. Why on earth would you want to give your body fuels when you’re going to sleep? The worst is foods like pasta, cheese and white breads. Get away from that nasty habit of night snacks and just eat them in the morning.
