I have 2 friends who do this, and they say it really works and helps their posture and also decreases their waist size. Corsets are expensive, especially the ones that they use for the training. These are not the ones for lingerie, these are the ones that are really tough, with very strong ties and stays. What do you think? I just saw a pic of the worlds tiniest waste. She obtained it via corset training.
