Do you use or take apple cider vinegar?

There are a lot of claims that apple cider vinegar can ease digestion, aid weight loss and even help improve acne. The popular ways to take it are within a shot, diluted with water, as a condiment or dressing or a supplement/capsule form.



Do you incorporate apple cider vinegar into your diet?



I have personally used it in the odd dressing for salad. It is a little too strong to drink unless severely diluted with water. However, I have never tried taking it a capsule form. Therefore, I would be especially interested to hear anyone's experience with it in a supplement form.
