Do you use energy shots? You know, the ones like 5 hour energy.. If so, how often do you use them, and do they work for you? I'm just curious.
I tried one once and it didn't help me. It was a few years ago. But maybe that's because I didn't sleep at all. They are also expensive so I don't think I'd buy one again.
