Moringa - the 21st Century's new super food?

I'm surprised that most members here are not familiar with Moringa oleifera. I've heard dozens of names from all over the world : Horse radish tree, drumstick tree (the pods do look like drumsticks), miracle tree etc.

It is native to parts of Africa and South and Southeast Asia. India, the leaves and long pods are normally cooked into curries and chutneys. Filipinos call it malunggay and cook many types of stews with the leaves.

Why is Moringa being so talked about? Because the leaves are have been proven to be one of the best sources of protein, vitamins and minerals in the plant kingdom. Not only that, but the seeds from the pods can be used to purify contaminated water!

Search more information online about Moringa, it could change your quality of life!
