My Own Bodybuilding Tips For Beginners

14 years ago I met a man who was a bodybuilder, I never like them or understood them till I met him. He changed my life and the way I looked at bodybuilding and bodybuilders. It became a new way of thinking, living and way of life.



1) More than body beautiful. - When starting out it helps to realise its much more than changing your looks, it’s the exercises you incorporate in your workouts, and how they make you feel inside and out.



2) Keeping you focused. You will have highs and lows while training, don’t let this deter you from your path and don’t give up.



3) New life style:- Once you make the decision to become a bodybuilder, you must remember this is a change of lifestyle and thought pattern.



4) Attitude:- This is sometimes the harder thing to change, when you enter the gym a new you is being born, make sure your attitude towards yourself, training and others around you is of one that fits all.
