Spartacus Workout

Has anyone ever tried the Spartacus workout? It's apparently a workout designed for the cast of the television series "Spartacus".



I've personally tried it 3 times a week for a 3-week period and trust me, I'm in the best shape of my life!



It consists of 10 exercises that target every muscle group in the body. Each exercise is done for 60 seconds (as many reps as you can) and then this is followed by a 15 second break before starting the next exercise. Rest 2 minutes after completing all 10 exercises. Repeat all 10 exercises twice!
