I have high cholesterol. I am on medication for high cholesterol. I just recently read something that I'm wondering if it is correct or just a gimmick. I read that taking Vitamin D3 will help lower your cholesterol. Does anyone know if this is correct? It would be so nice to get off of prescription medication down the road if this does help lower cholesterol.
