Zumba Fitness: A New Approach To Cardio Workout

My wife attends ZUMBA every Tuesday ,Thursday and Saturday at the gym.

Her zumba classes run for one hour.

The dance moves are fun to watch and my wife said she sometimes forget that she's working out her abs and back.

She's definitely having so much fun doing zumba.

She's happy that zumba exercise increases her heart rate.

It increases feel good endorphins.

It helps to relieve mental stress and anxiety.

And it improves her sleep.

She stated that Zumba exercise is the best cardio workout.



So What is ZUMBA?

- Zumba is a Latin dance that combines fitness and fun. Using almost every muscle of the body.

- Mixing cardio intervals with resistance training.

- Dance styles like cha- cha, mambo, hip- hop and combination of belly dance.



There are five ZUMBA Categories:

(2) ZUMBA GOLD - Designed for the active,old participant.

(3) ZUMBA TONING - Body sculpting exercise with high energy cardio workout.

(4) AQUA ZUMBA - Traditional aqua pool exercise .

(5) ZUMBA TOMIC - For kids who loves music and fitness.
