How to get over something?

Long story short, I was in a relationship with a girl and it was going very well, but certain things happened in life (not relating to us) that caused us to grow somewhat apart. There were times where she was trying to fix things and I wasn't really being that open-minded, and there were other times where I wanted to figure it out and she decided to do her own thing as well.

Well, yesterday it was pretty apparent things aren't going to fix themselves. She said she "can't do this anymore" and she admitted she doesn't think we are right for each other. I just feel so, I can't even describe it. During out nice relationship we even told each other this feels right, nothing bad will happen, etc. I'm still trying to tell her things can be good again and she's not willing to give it a chance.

I kind of feel betrayed or lead on, since during the relationship we have both said those things to each other and now she's kind of taking them back and heading in another direction. I know people say those things in a relationship without them knowing what will happen in the future, but it still sucks.

I really have no idea how to get over this. I'm sure suggestions would be to go to the gym, get into a routine, pick up a new hobby, spend time with friends and family, etc. Well, I've been doing all that when things were rocky and it didn't help, and now things are pretty much done I really don't know how to handle it. I have that empty/nervous feeling in my stomach 24/7, it takes me forever to get to sleep and I have literally no appetite.

Any advice on how to get over this?
