Motivation tricks for exercising.

I'm curious to know what different types of motivation tricks I can try to get myself up and going in the morning to exercise. I really have a hard time talking myself into exercising. Once I'm doing the exercise, I'm fine for the rest of the workout. It's just getting started is where I have trouble. Any advice would be great.
