Personality and Health

First I am going to say I am not even sure if this is the right section of the forum for this but it seemed like a good fit.



I tend to be a mildly to highly aggressive person :D and I find that I tend to go about everything I do with this same type of aggressive flare, for lack of a better word. When I decided I had enough being heavy I went all out in one shot. Threw out everything that had to do with sugar or sweets or "bad foods" even though the other people in my house weren't happy about it. Started working out and worked myself into the ground, if I wasn't sore, cranky and exhausted from the work out didn't work for me. This is not something that only applies to my lifestyle change but pretty much my every day life, whether it is work or up at the kids school, there is no off switch just varying degrees and how I present it to people.



Are we all like this or is it just certain portions of our lives that we are certain ways with? Do you find that your personality has a direct connection to your health and how you go about your healthy lifestyle?
