Walking the best form of Weightloss

I read about this online somewhere when i was trying to get rid of about 15kgs - in general i love walking and so i decided to do an hour of walking each day.....turns out it did work.....i didnt lose fifteen, but i lost ten....i also changed my diet a bit in the sense i stopped eating as much....once i got the bloated feeling i would stop eating food and that really helped and made a bit difference
