Hi, basically I have a touch of insomnia and in the summer months it's even worse because it only gets dark at midnight and starts getting bright at like 2 am. I find it near impossible to get asleep when there is brightness in the sky. I have tried to limit my time at the computer screen at night time but it doesn't seem to be helping much, so I think it's time to bring in the supplements!
I have heard melatonin is great for sleep, but unfortunately you can't get it much here so ordering online is my only option.
I have also heard Magnesium is good for sleep and also dreams.. which is also a plus. I can get this easily but if anybody has any opinions on it it'd be great to hear.
I also take zinc at the moment which is supposed to help sleep somewhat. I take it earlier in the day though so I don't think it affects my sleep much.
I also hear that one of the B vitimans (can't remember which) was good for sleep. Anybody tried this?
Which other supplements should I try?
