What type of cardio routine fits you best? Some people enjoy the "slow and steady" marathon pace, while others prefer to focus on a set of sprints with rest in between. Still, others like to work on hill workouts as their primary work. Every cardio routine has a blend of each one, but a everyone has a favorite. I personally enjoy the interval training...it's tough, but I break a great sweat.
