Does anyone here follow Dave Asprey? I've heard him twice now on Joe Rogan's show and I find his ideas to be really fascinating. A lot of his ideas seem similar to what I've seen some people on here posting. Also, I was thinking of switching to a diet like he recommends, any advice?
