Do you arrange the sequence of your workout music?

I arrange the sequence of my workout music to match the timing of my workout. I like to start my treadmill workout slow so the first song I would play is a slow song. The subsequent songs would be more up beat to help motivate me to jog faster. At the end of my workout I would play slower more soothing songs. Do you also choose the songs you listen to when you work out?
