So I am sure that everyone, even those that stick to a healthy diet has to give in to a treat now and then. I don't really stick to a strict diet myself, but I certainly have one planned. Part of that plan is to get a decent blender so I can start my morning off with something that gives me a big boost of energy. My guilty pleasures involving food consist of pigging out now and then on chocolate, or perhaps having a Pot Noodle (full of MSG and other nasties) I think it's okay to have a 'treat' now and then, but in the future I hope to replace all of this with much healthier alternatives.
