Why you shouldn’t skip breakfast

I know how I feel whenever I skip breakfast – headache & tiredness. Skipping breakfast can lead you into starvation eating during the day. And this will not help you if you want to loose weight. In fact, skipping breakfast will not help you in losing weight because your body will lack the enzymes needed to metabolize fat. What do you think about skipping breakfast? How do you feel when you do.
