Next week I have a dentist appointment and since I always have a strong reaction to the freezing process, my dentist is going to use Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) instead of an anesthetic. I have never been administered with this and wondered if there are any side effects or if anyone has any experiences they would like to share with me.
Its been about 10 years since i've been to the dentist except for a cleaning a couple of weeks ago and still remember the terrible effects of the anesthetic. So, I'm willing to try anything not to go through this again, but would still like to hear personal experiences with Nitrous Oxide.
