Your Number One Form of Distraction While on the Treadmill?

If you run or walk on the treadmill, what method of distraction do you prefer? Do you read to keep your mind busy? Or listen to music to keep up your pace? Do you use your tablet or laptop to play games? There are so many ways we can distract ourselves on exercise machines in order to make the time go by faster. I prefer to read magazines, or go on my laptop to read blogs while I'm on the treadmill. Sometimes an hour will go by right before my eyes. What about you? What is your go-to distraction?
