Almonds and other nuts

I eat lots of almonds because they contain vitamin E, which is good for skin, and I am trying to reduce acne scarring on my face. But how good are they for a healthy diet?



Nuts are high in fat, but also high in protein and nutrients, additionally the fat they do contain are healthy fats and important for health. I eat almonds and walnuts, but try to avoid ones like peanuts that are usually salted.



Anyone else eat nuts? Do you limit the amount you eat?
