Belly Fat and a Bad Knee- I need a routine please!!!

Keep watching all the informercials with supplements to waist bands, but I know exercise and diet are the best. I was very athletic but then had a bad knee injury and I have a desk job add a few years and I have this belly issue starting that I want to get a handle on.



Problem is most equipment is tough on my injury and floor routines with squats and lunges hurt way too much. Any suggestions?
