Flawed Teachers

I understand that everybody is flawed, but in our society - especially in a professional setting - you have to behave or act a certain way. That is just the way it is.

When I was in secondary school, there were more than a few teachers that let their masks of professionalism slip. On numerous occasions. Once I wrote this story for English class, and I spoke about how beautiful this girl was ans about how her hair blew in the wind, and then after my teacher read it, she pulled me aside in class the next day and challenged me about why I was thinking or talking about other girls in my stories when I was a girl. She told me that I would be wrong to think that girls were beautiful, and I swiftly explained to her that the first person point of view, who was the main character, was a boy, and that that was why he found the girl's hair beautiful. How I wish I had known that I was gay then. I would have asked her out for a drink ; )

Then there was Mr. Fosket, who used to actually cut children down with his words like his life was depended on it. He enjoyed it. There were also certain teachers that you would behave for because if you didn't they would embarrass you by revealing something personal about you or your family situation to the whole class lol. Just very unprofessional behavior, in my opinion.

Were there any incidents that you witnessed, where a teacher became a real personality - with flaws - instead of 'The teacher?'
