Does anyone here do high intensity interval training, and what do you think of it? I started running with the couch to five k plan, and while it did get my stamina up, I'm looking for something more efficient. I've heard that HIIT burns more fat, any truth? I'm thinking, I'll try HIIT a few times a week, and still make time for a longer run.
