How Can You Get Back The Motivation For Working Out

I used to work out a lot when I was happier. But something happened and I started just get all moody and stuff. Couldn't even get myself to think about going into the gym to work on my belly which has got to be somewhat flabby these days.



Any suggestions how I can motivate myself to get back into the gym. Yes, you may say it's all in the mind but then. . .I guess any advice could help.
