Friday’s indictment was the first time Moser had been officially tied to the crimes. Bennett faces four counts of felony murder, four counts of premeditated murder and two counts of attempted aggravated robbery, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Friday in a press release. Except for the premeditated murder counts, those are the same charges leveled against Moser under the same indictment. She was arrested Friday morning at her home in Dayton, about 40 miles south of the crime scene.
