Many people nowadays suffer from minor to major bouts of insomnia. Without adequate sleep it is absolutely impossible to function properly. Not to mention the many health problems it brings. I know I have issues with lights and sounds so I make sure my room is dark and as soundless as I can make it... Do any of you have problem falling asleep? How do you get around it?
