Tips for losing the last 5 pounds

I’m basically down to the last 5.5 pounds before reaching my goal weight. I'm hoping to reach my goal weight by the end of October. Therefore, I’m looking for any diet or exercise tips for losing my last few stubborn pounds! I'm following P90x and add additional cardio already. I eat between 1200-1400 calories a day. I eat a primarily vegan diet and ensure I always get enough protein. I'm just wondering if there is anything else I could be doing or if I should just be patient and consistent with what I'm already doing?
