Vegetables!

So veg is a vital part of any diet, low cal, nutritious and filling. Personally I find it super hard to eat enough every day. Usually I eat frozen veg because it's cheaper than fresh and cook it in the microwave. I use olive oil, pepper, chili or whatever I have around to add some flavour but it's still a chore to eat it.



How does everyone cook their veg? Any tips? :)
