Some of my friends and colleagues say that stress could lead to ulcer. They say that stress makes our stomach release a lot of acids thus leading to ulcer. Fortunately, I don't have ulcer even though I'm stressed at work. Do you think that stress could really lead to ulcer? Is there any way to combat this?
