The first time I meet a person, I quickly go through his/her face, then down ward to the feet. I don't do it intention but I find myself either admiring one thing or the other. It could be the way one is dressing, or the way one is talking.
I also have a tendency of looking at people ears, some have very interesting shapes by the way.
