Working long hours in front of computer may result to health risks, but if your job requires, it is hard to to avoid sitting in front of the computer that long. But we can atleast do something to lessen these risks:
1. Take a break
2. Sit properly
3. Limit your time spending so much in social medias if it is not necessary
4. Give your eyes time to reboot, you can close your eyes or look away from your screen once
in a while
5. Do some simple exercise for your affected body area because of sitting too long, like your back or arms in between
6. Make sure you have the right height of desk and the right seat
